Market gardening and orchard

At Clairière de la Folie, our micro-market gardening activity is part of a gentle, artisanal and sustainable approach. In traditional greenhouses or in our semi-underground walipini greenhouse, we cultivate heirloom vegetables, old and forgotten varieties, selected for their authentic taste and nutritional richness.

These greenhouses, designed to respect natural cycles, maintain stable growing conditions while minimizing energy consumption. Here, there's no intensive production: each vegetable grows in harmony with the seasons, in living, nourished soil, carefully monitored daily. Our approach promotes biodiversity, preserves soil quality, and yields bountiful, healthy, and environmentally friendly harvests—vegetables grown the old-fashioned way, with patience, passion, and simplicity.
